What's Going On?

Emphasis on whole body health is a of primary importance to Dr. Chin and team and include a lifestlye and habits as below:

  • Excellent oral health
  • Regular oral home care program
  • Balanced diet
  • Regular sleeping habits (at least 7-9 hours nightly), have routine, put technology 'to bed", have dinner as early as able.
  • Stress management - breathing, meditation
  • Enjoyment of life with loved ones- keeping connected
  • Constant learning- learn something new everyday!
  • Regular exercise
  • Spiritual well-being- gratitude journal, prayer.
