- Regular oral home care program
- Balanced diet
- Regular sleeping habits (at least 7-9 hours nightly), have routine, put technology 'to bed", have dinner as early as able.
- Stress management - breathing, meditation
- Enjoyment of life with loved ones- keeping connected
- Constant learning- learn something new everyday!
- Regular exercise
- Spiritual well-being- gratitude journal, prayer.
